The monthly report

One page, every month.
Nothing invented.

Every figure comes from one of two places: the cards we installed, or your own Google Business Profile. Anything we cannot measure, we leave off.

Sample report, not a real customer. Taps come from your cards. Reviews, rating, profile views and website clicks come from your Google Business Profile. Actions are what we did and what we're doing next.
Where every number comes from

Three lists, and
we keep to them

From your cards

What we measure directly

First-party. Every tap is logged by the card that produced it.
  • Total taps this month, against last month
  • Taps per card — by table, counter, station or window
  • Best and worst performing spot in the room
  • Busiest days and hours for tapping
  • Dead cards: anything with no taps for 30 days
  • Cards replaced or re-programmed
From your Google profile

What Google gives us

Read from your own Business Profile, with your access. Nothing scraped.
  • New reviews this month and running total
  • Average rating and the change since last month
  • Star breakdown — how many 5s, 4s, 3s, 2s, 1s
  • Reviews still waiting on a reply
  • Your average time to reply
  • Profile views, searches, calls and direction taps
What we will not report

The lines we don't cross

Google does not tell anyone which review came from which tap. We won't pretend otherwise.
  • "This review came from Table 7"
  • A score for an individual member of staff
  • Reviewer names matched to a card
  • Anything we guessed and dressed up as data

One honest grey area, stated up front

We can line up tap times against review times and show you which shift and which part of the room are producing reviews. That is a useful management signal and we will put it in the report. It is a pattern across a month, not proof about one customer or one person — and we label it that way every time.

Send your Google link

We'll check it points where it should, quote the cards, and book a time. No card details, no subscription.
