Does this break Google's rules?
No. Google's policy is against incentivised, filtered or fake reviews. Making it easier for any customer to leave an honest review is fine. What we will not do is filter people by how happy they look, trade a discount for a review, or write reviews for you — those are the things that get reviews stripped and profiles suspended.
Do the cards work on every phone?
Tap works on every iPhone from the XR onward and essentially every Android sold in the last several years. Every card also carries a printed QR code as a fallback, so nobody is stuck.
Does the customer need an app?
No. They tap, their phone opens your Google review page, they type and post. No app, no account beyond the Google account they already have.
What if I already have review cards that do not work?
That is common — most are posted out unprogrammed or pointed at the wrong Google listing. Send us what you have and we will tell you whether they can be re-written or need replacing.
Can you track which review came from which table?
We can track which card was tapped, when. We cannot tell you which review came from which tap — Google does not share that, and anyone who says otherwise is guessing. What the report shows is taps by location and by shift, which is a real signal about placement and coverage.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your business name and your Google review link. For a full store setup we also need manager access to your Google Business Profile so we can fix it and read the numbers for the report.
Do I have to sign anything long-term?
No. A single card is a one-off purchase. The store setup is a one-time fee plus a monthly, and the monthly can stop whenever you want — you keep the cards either way.
What areas do you cover?
On-site installs across the Dayton metro: Dayton, Kettering, Beavercreek, Centerville, Huber Heights, Miamisburg, Springboro and Moraine. Outside that we ship the cards programmed and tested.
